Today we are going to talk about the POOL OF NON-EUROPEAN TALENTS that the European Union wants to put in place:
In short, in April 2022, the Commission presented a plan to AUTOMATE the hiring process of these FOREIGN TALENTS in order to make the EU more ATTRACTIVE by creating A PLATFORM where employers and non-EU workers can create a profile and publish their requirements.
A TINDER-like system❤️, then, but for the working world! What more could you want?
To create this platform, the EU is proposing partnerships with third countries such as Morocco, Tunisia and Egypt, and later with Pakistan, Bangladesh, Senegal and Nigeria, to facilitate the search for employers and employees.
So we can expect more surprises soon!
The Commission's goal is to officially launch this project by mid-2023.
This "ambitious plan"- as European Commission Vice-President Margaritis Schinas called it on his Twitter page- would be a win-win situation for both parties and underlines the positive impact of migration, which is part of the EU's DNA. A pilot project is already underway with UKRAINE.
