How to get an annuitant visa for Belgium?
It is possible to obtain an annuitant visa for a stay of more than three months if you have financial assets and could live off your savings in Belgium without having to work there.

Conditions to be met :
If you are a non-EU national and :
- You have close ties with Belgium ;
- You have sufficient means of subsistence ;
- You are not in gainful employment ;
- You provide a clean police record ;
Please note that simply owning a property in Belgium will not be enough for you to obtain an annuitant visa in Belgium.
The application can be submitted :

You are authorized to reside in Belgium ;

Although you are residing illegally, you can demonstrate exceptional circumstances which justify that you are unable to return to your country of origin to submit a visa application as is the rule.
